We don’t often talk about empathy explicitly as a leadership skill, or even a skill of influence, but it is foundational to both of those arenas, and as this speaker/author/advisor Jeremy Rifkin points out, it is foundational to who we are as human beings as well as the secret to solving most of our world problems of today.
