40 – 49 points

Purple Belt

You’re doing much better than average. Become a student of leadership and work with an executive coach to accelerate your effectiveness, influence, and impact.

30 – 39 points

Blue Belt

So far so good! You are engaged as a leader and making some headway, but have much room for improvement. Work with an executive coach to identify the places where you might be getting in your own way, and shift those mindsets to rewire your actions and attitudes for success.

20 – 29 points

Yellow Belt

You’re really a beginner when it comes to leadership.  Your coach can work with you on personalized training about what it means to be a leader and support you in navigating the leadership landscape of your organization.

0 – 19 points

No Belt Color for you, sorry.

Congratulations, your belt holds up your pants, but you are not much of a leader.  If you wish to remain in a leadership position, get an executive coach, stat!
